Drums recorded beneath the ocean, Fender Rhodes samples from treetops, and electric guitars looped on a shuttle to Jupiter. Spliced, arranged, and transformed through a Dr. Sample SP-303. Varied Treasure melts its doomy (yet sometimes blindingly bright) compositions with sections of warped VHS tapes, mildewy records, and Are You Afraid of the Dark? dialogues.

Varied Treasure was created in Dallas & Denton, Texas between 2005 and 2011. Within those years many adventures, travels, moves, experiences, discoveries, growths, and changes took place. These are some of the auditory reactions performed, sampled, recorded, manipulated and arranged by three Texans. Credit to Bradley Kerl for playing the drums on track 10, and Omar Ogues for artistic assistance.
